Remote service crash via time parsing overflow

Buffer overflow in ogs_sbi_time_parse() in Open5GS 2.7.7 allows remote attackers to crash a core-network service via crafted time data. The public source record identifies the parsing function but does not disclose which input length or copy operation overruns its buffer. Network reachability to an SBI endpoint that passes attacker-controlled time data to the parser is required, and the documented consequence is service interruption rather than data disclosure or modification.
