Unauthenticated code execution via predictable JWT key

Authentication bypass in PowerJob Server 5.1.2 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via forged HS256 JWTs. DefaultSecretProvider concatenates a hardcoded value with the datasource JDBC URL's MD5 digest, making the HMAC key predictable. Network access and the documented default JDBC URL are sufficient to forge an administrative token and schedule code on workers.
