Authenticated administrative access via no-op authorization engine
Published Aug 27, 2026 · Updated Aug 27, 2026
Missing authorization in GoWind go-wind-cms before 1.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to invoke administrative APIs. The NewAuthorizer() functions in the admin and app data layers return noop.State{}, causing the authorization middleware to allow every authenticated request. Any authenticated role or tenant can therefore delete users, reset passwords, or create tenants, crossing intended role and tenant boundaries.
