Arbitrary file read via unchecked targetPath parameter

Arbitrary file read in the downloadDocEx.do interface in DocSys 2.02.80 allows remote attackers to read server files via targetPath. The interface accepts targetPath from an unauthenticated request and uses it to select a file for download without restricting access to authorized documents. The consequence is unauthorized disclosure of files accessible through the interface; no file modification or service interruption is reported.
