Unauthenticated configuration disclosure via Netty requests

Missing authentication in super-diamond-server 1.3.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to read project configurations over TCP port 8283. DiamondServerHandler accepts a superdiamond-prefixed JSON request, uses its project, profile, and module selectors to query configuration data, and returns the result without validating credentials. Network reachability to the Netty service is sufficient to expose stored values such as database passwords and API keys, with no reported ability to modify data.
