Unauthenticated reads and uploads via omitted Shiro filters
Published Aug 26, 2026 · Updated Aug 27, 2026
Authentication bypass in DWSurvey 6.14.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to read questionnaire data and upload files without logging in. ShiroConfig.java omits /api/dwsurvey/none/** and /api/dwsurvey/up/** from the Shiro filter chain, leaving their controllers unprotected. A network-reachable deployment exposes questionnaire reads and file uploads to unauthenticated requests; no further impact is established.
