Victim-side JavaScript execution via unencoded error response
Published Sep 4, 2026 · Updated Sep 4, 2026
Reflected XSS in HubCore Platform 14.1.1 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript in a victim's browser via a crafted login POST. The /loginController/doLogin error path embeds an invalid language parameter unmodified in a 500 HTML response when its language-file lookup fails. No authentication is required, but a victim must be induced to submit the crafted request before the script runs in the application's origin.
