Unauthenticated access via cross-tenant Azure tokens

Authentication bypass in Apache Airflow FAB provider 3.7.3 through 3.8.0 allows remote attackers to access the Airflow UI via Azure AD OAuth. The Azure OAuth handler verifies id_token signatures with Microsoft's multi-tenant JWKS but accepts the issuer, audience, username, and roles without binding them to the configured tenant or application. The path is reachable only when Azure AD OAuth is configured, and a token from any attacker-controlled Azure tenant can establish an Airflow identity with token-supplied roles.
