Vault data disclosure via uncleared process memory

Sensitive data exposure in UpSignOn for Windows before 7.19.0 allows local users to read cleartext vault data from process memory. UpSignOn.exe retains entry names, URLs, usernames, passwords, TOTP secrets, and notes in readable memory after the vault is locked. A low-privileged local process with PROCESS_VM_READ access can extract those secrets without user interaction; no remote path or service interruption is reported.
