Pre-authentication service disruption via unterminated query string
Published Aug 28, 2026 · Updated Aug 28, 2026
Memory corruption in PLANET GS-4210-16P2S firmware before 3.441b260626 allows remote attackers to interrupt web management. The _readHttpParam function copies an oversized HTTP query string without guaranteed NUL termination before parse_query_string processes it in a fixed-size stack buffer. No authentication is required; a crafted GET request to /cgi-bin/dispatcher.cgi can disrupt the web-management interface.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
