Authenticated command execution via unsanitized memberTags parameter
Published Aug 28, 2026 · Updated Aug 28, 2026
OS command injection in PLANET GS-4210-16P2S firmware before 3.441b260626 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands. The /cgi-bin/dispatcher.cgi web_vlan_membership_edit_dialog_post handler inserts the memberTags POST value into a shell command without sanitization. Administrator-level web-management access is required, after which injected commands run on the switch and can read, alter, or interrupt device operations.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
