Open redirect via malformed URI user-info

Open redirect in Red Hat build of Keycloak allows remote attackers to redirect users to unauthorized URLs through crafted requests. Multiple @ characters prevent Java URI from extracting user-info, so Keycloak checks raw authority and falls back to wildcard comparison. Exploitation requires a client with * in Valid Redirect URIs and user interaction, and it can direct the user to arbitrary locations within the domain.
