Local privilege escalation via PID identity reuse

Authentication bypass in LACT 0.10.0 and earlier allows local users to gain privileged daemon access by spoofing a process identity. The daemon builds a Polkit UnixProcessSubject from a Unix-socket peer PID without binding the subject to the peer UID, allowing PID reuse to misattribute authorization. A low-privileged local account with access to the daemon socket can pass Polkit checks and invoke protected GPU-configuration operations.
