Privilege escalation via LDAP filter injection

LDAP injection in Roundcube Webmail before 1.6.18 and 1.7.x before 1.7.3 allows remote authenticated users to alter LDAP-backed lookups. In program/lib/Roundcube/rcube_ldap.php, the _connect() and get_record_groups() paths substituted %u, %fu, %d, and a decoded contact DN into LDAP filter inputs without rcube_ldap_generic::quote_string() escaping, allowing crafted values to change the resulting filter. Reachability depends on an installation using LDAP directories or group lookups with attacker-influenced account data; in that configuration, the flaw can expose unintended directory data or return privilege-affecting matches, but the published fix does not indicate code execution.
