CVE-2026-75005Network attack vectorHinoki check available

Unauthenticated CPU exhaustion via GraphQL depth calculation

Published Aug 27, 2026 · Updated Aug 27, 2026

Denial of service in Apache APISIX 3.17.0 allows remote attackers to pin a gateway worker at 100% CPU with one small request. The graphql-limit-count plugin computes the depth of an attacker-supplied GraphQL query AST with an inefficient algorithm that can occupy a worker for an extended period. The route must use graphql-limit-count; exploitation needs no authentication or user interaction, and the bounded consequence is a prolonged gateway service interruption.
