Origin spoofing via persistent download confirmation dialog

UI spoofing in Mozilla Firefox for Android before 154 allows remote attackers to misrepresent a download's origin through a crafted web page. The Downloads feature leaves its custom first-party download confirmation dialog visible when navigation or redirection changes the active origin, so the prompt appears over an unrelated site. A user must open attacker-controlled content and activate its download flow; the stale prompt can then make the requested download appear to come from the destination site.
