CVE-2026-7494Network attack vector

Authenticated SSRF via unvalidated certificate retrieval destination

Published Jul 14, 2026 · Updated Jul 14, 2026

SSRF in Sonatype Nexus Repository 3.0.0 through 3.93.x allows remote authenticated users to probe restricted network services. The SSL Certificate Retrieval endpoint accepts a caller-selected host and port and initiates the connection without rejecting internal or private destinations. The nexus:ssl-truststore:read permission is required; successful requests enumerate reachable hosts and expose their TLS certificate metadata.
