Unauthenticated service interruption via unbounded async delay

Denial of service in Simply Schedule Appointments 1.6.11.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to interrupt WordPress sites via its REST API. The public /wp-json/ssa/v1/async endpoint passes a user-controlled delay to PHP sleep() without rate limiting. No authentication or user interaction is required, and concurrent requests can occupy PHP workers until legitimate site requests cannot be served.
