Code execution via type hierarchy traversal

Sandbox escape in IsolatedPluginExecutor in jahlives openssl_encrypt before 1.4.0 allows attackers to execute OS commands via crafted plugin code. The sandbox builds a restricted exec() builtins dictionary but leaves Python type objects such as str, int, and list reachable, letting untrusted plugin code walk class.mro.subclasses() into globals that expose system functions. Exposure depends on any deployment that runs attacker-supplied plugins through this executor; once reached, the escape gives the plugin host arbitrary command execution rather than only bypassing logical sandbox restrictions.
