Command execution via dunder attribute traversal

Sandbox escape in OpenSSL Encrypt before 1.4.0 allows attackers to execute arbitrary system commands via crafted plugin code. DangerousPatternVisitor in openssl_encrypt/modules/plugin_system/plugin_ast_analyzer.py fails to flag dunder attribute chains such as class.bases[0].subclasses() and globals access, so malicious code passes AST validation and reaches restricted functions at runtime. Exposure depends on whether attackers can feed plugin code into the vulnerable path; when reachable, the sandbox boundary no longer limits command execution.
