Unauthenticated key management via placeholder Bearer validation

Authentication bypass in jahlives OpenSSL Encrypt before 1.4.0 allows remote attackers to manage keyserver records via Bearer tokens. In server/key-server/app/api/v1/keys.py, verify_api_token strips the Bearer prefix and returns success for any non-empty remainder instead of validating the token against a JWT signature, database, or other credential store. Any reachable standalone key server endpoint that relies on this check treats arbitrary requests as authenticated, enabling public-key upload, key enumeration, and revocation of other users' keys.
