Database access via hardcoded PostgreSQL credentials

Hardcoded credentials in OpenSSL Encrypt before 1.4.0 allow attackers on the same network to read PostgreSQL data via default logins. In server/key-server/app/config.py and server/telemetry-server/app/config.py, the database_url setting calls os.getenv with fallback PostgreSQL URLs that embed the username and password directly in code. Reachability requires a standalone key or telemetry server deployment that leaves PostgreSQL reachable from the local network; published records describe database access and sensitive-data retrieval, not application code execution.
