Token leakage via refresh-token query strings

Exposure of sensitive tokens in jahlives OpenSSL Encrypt before 1.4.0 allows attackers to gain unauthorized access via leaked refresh-token URLs. The refresh_token handlers in the keyserver and telemetry FastAPI routes bind the token with Query(...), placing the secret in the request URL instead of a POST body. Reachability depends on access to server or proxy logs, browser history, network captures, or Referer-bearing requests that record those URLs, after which the exposed token can be replayed until expiry or revocation.
