Application crash via SAX attribute double-free

Double-free in Red Hat libxml2 Python SAX bindings allows remote attackers to crash applications via crafted XML containing a DTD. In pythonAttributeDecl, PyList_SetItem takes ownership of each enumerated attribute string, but a following Py_DECREF frees it again and leaves dangling list pointers. Reachability requires an application to register the SAX attributeDecl handler and parse untrusted XML; a reproducible SIGSEGV is demonstrated, but remote code execution is not.
