Memory exhaustion via deferred chunk-size enforcement

Denial of service in Erlang/OTP inets httpd allows remote attackers to exhaust server memory via a chunked HTTP request body. During chunked reception, httpd buffers each partial chunk and checks max_body_size only after the chunk completes, allowing unbounded accumulation. Exploitation requires an exposed httpd instance with a finite max_body_size setting; one unauthenticated connection can exhaust node memory and interrupt service.
