Denial of service via LoopLimit bypass

Denial of service in Scriban before 7.0.0 allows remote attackers to consume excessive CPU or memory via crafted templates. LoopLimit is enforced only on script loop statements; built-in operations such as array.size over a ScriptRange and string multiplication iterate or allocate internally without calling StepLoop, so a single expression can bypass the configured limit. Exposure requires an application to render attacker-controlled templates and depend on LoopLimit for sandboxing, and the consequence is service interruption from resource exhaustion rather than data access or modification.
