Arbitrary file write via unfiltered TAR paths

Path traversal in Pandora 1.12.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to write files outside the extraction directory via a crafted TAR archive. The _extract_tar method in pandora/workers/extractor.py passed attacker-controlled member names to tarfile.TarFile.extract() without an extraction filter, allowing relative or absolute paths to escape dest_dir. The remote file-submission workflow requires no authentication, while resulting writes remain limited by the Pandora worker process's filesystem permissions.
