Cross-client subscription deletion via spoofed clientId

Improper input validation in Apache ActiveMQ before 5.19.11 and 6.0.0 through 6.3.1 allows authenticated clients to delete subscriptions. TopicRegion builds the durable-subscription lookup key from the clientId supplied in RemoveSubscriptionInfo rather than the authenticated connection context. Any authenticated broker client can name another clientId and inactive durable subscription, causing its removal and interrupting future topic delivery.
