Local crash via uninitialized FireWire context dereference

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux FireWire OHCI driver allows local users to crash the system during failed device probing. ar_context_release() reads ctx->ohci before verifying that ar_context_init() created a receive-context buffer, so early probe cleanup dereferences NULL. Reachability requires FireWire OHCI hardware and an early PCI enablement or MMIO-mapping failure; the resulting kernel fault interrupts the system.
