System crash via unchecked timing-generator callback

NULL pointer dereference in affected Linux kernels allows local users to crash the system when disabling HDMI output on Southern Islands dGPUs. The dce110_set_avmute path unconditionally calls the timing generator's is_tg_enabled operation when older DCE implementations leave that ops-table entry unset. Reachability requires a Southern Islands discrete GPU driving HDMI; the resulting kernel oops or panic interrupts the host rather than exposing or altering data.
