Traffic injection via incomplete tunnel protocol validation

Protocol validation failure in Arista EOS allows remote attackers to inject traffic through configured tunnel endpoints. The decapsulation path matches only the destination IP and omits the tunnel protocol type, so it accepts and forwards packets from unconfigured protocols. Exploitation requires an affected hardware platform configured with a decapsulation IP; successful traffic can reach internal segments outside the intended tunnel policy.
