Local system crash via invalid PFN insertion

Reachable assertion in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash the system through an AMD XDNA GEM memory mapping. amdxdna_insert_pages() marks the VMA VM_MIXEDMAP, so a later fault inserts a valid system-memory PFN and triggers vmf_insert_pfn_prot()'s BUG_ON. An unprivileged process with access to the AMD XDNA device can reach the assertion by mapping a non-imported GEM object, discarding its PTEs with MADV_DONTNEED, and accessing it again.
