System crash via conntrack netns reference imbalance

Race condition in Linux kernel 6.0 through 7.1.8 allows local users to crash the system through BPF conntrack kfuncs. The __bpf_nf_ct_lookup() and __bpf_nf_ct_alloc_entry() paths read a shared opts->netns_id more than once, allowing a concurrent update to mismatch network-namespace reference acquisition and release. Exploitation requires local low-privilege access and repeated concurrent mutation; an unmatched release can destroy a live namespace and trigger a kernel panic.
