Kernel memory exposure via short TX metadata

Out-of-bounds access in AF_XDP in Linux 6.8 allows local users to expose or corrupt kernel memory through short TX metadata. AF_XDP UMEM registration accepts an eight-byte tx_metadata_len even though the flags and any supported request field require at least 16 bytes, so later request reads or completion writes cross the registered metadata area. A low-privileged local process with AF_XDP access can trigger memory disclosure, corruption, or a kernel crash without user interaction.
