Guest-to-host kernel crash via late T10-PI enablement

NULL pointer dereference in Linux vhost-scsi allows guest OS users to crash the host kernel through crafted protection I/O. After endpoint setup without T10-PI, vhost_scsi_set_features() accepts the bit, but command pools retain a NULL prot_sgl and vhost_scsi_mapal() passes it to sg_alloc_table_chained(). Access from a guest using the vhost-scsi backend and a 129-page protection payload triggers a host oops or panic that interrupts the hypervisor and co-resident guests.
