Kernel crash via short Ethernet header

Out-of-bounds read in the Linux kernel Open vSwitch path allows local users to crash the kernel through a short packet from a TUN device. key_extract() trusts an ETH_P_TEB protocol value and pulls Ethernet addresses and an EtherType without first ensuring that 14 header bytes are present. Reachability requires local low-privilege access and an ARPHRD_NONE device such as TUN; the documented consequence is a kernel BUG and host crash.
