Kernel service disruption via active URB resubmission

Resource-lifecycle flaw in the Linux cxacru USB ATM driver allows local users to disrupt kernel operation during device initialization. On an early cxacru_cm() error, the driver returns without killing rcv_urb, then a later status poll resubmits the still-active request. The path requires compatible USB ATM hardware and a snd_urb error; the reported consequence is a kernel warning and availability loss.
