Process hangs via lost robust futex wakeup

A race in robust futex handling in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to leave waiting processes indefinitely asleep. Robust exit processing ignores a futex owned by another thread after unlock erased FUTEX_WAITERS, so a later owner releases it without waking remaining waiters. Triggering the hang requires a precise local race in which one woken waiter is killed while another thread acquires and releases the futex.
