Adjacent out-of-bounds read via short WMM element

Out-of-bounds read in rtl8723bs in affected Linux kernels beginning with 4.12 allows physically proximate attackers to trigger a memory over-read. WMM_param_handler() copies and compares 18 bytes at pIE->data + 6 after callers validate only a shorter WMM OUI, without requiring the 24-byte WMM element length. Reachability requires the rtl8723bs driver to process an association response from an attacker-controlled wireless access point.
