System crash via uninitialized dibs interrupt lock

Use of an uninitialized lock in Linux kernel 6.18 allows remote attackers on a shared ISM fabric to crash the system. During ism_probe(), request_irq() publishes the device before dibs_dev_add() initializes dibs->lock, while ism_handle_irq() acquires that lock on entry. A peer must generate GID or IEQ events during the device-probe window; successful exploitation interrupts availability by crashing the host.
