Information disclosure via IPv6 route option over-read

Out-of-bounds read in the Linux IPv6 routing stack allows remote attackers to expose up to eight kernel-adjacent bytes through Router Advertisements. rt6_route_rcv() accepts RFC 4191 Route Information option lengths one unit too short, and ipv6_addr_prefix() copies beyond the option into the installed route prefix. The target must accept IPv6 Router Advertisements with nonzero route prefixes; the disclosed bytes become visible to local userspace rather than returning to the remote sender.
