Memory corruption via wrong-index folio insertion

Race condition in Linux allows remote attackers to corrupt page-cache mappings through concurrent file I/O and forced memory pressure. In __filemap_add_folio(), repeated xas_set_order() calls leave xa_index rounded down when GFP_NOWAIT allocation drops the lock and a competing thread resolves the conflict before retry. Access to the same file offsets over NFS or SMB is sufficient; wrong-index folio insertion can expose or alter page and executable data and crash processes or the host.
