Local privilege escalation via RDS IPv6 device race

Use-after-free in the RDS TCP transport in affected Linux kernels allows local users to gain kernel privileges via an IPv6 bind race. rds_tcp_laddr_check() releases its RCU read lock after dev_get_by_index_rcu(), then gives ipv6_chk_addr() a net_device pointer that RTM_DELLINK can free concurrently. An on-host user can drive both sides from an unprivileged user and network namespace; successful exploitation can disclose or corrupt kernel memory, crash the host, or elevate privileges.
