Local packet-processing disruption via AF_XDP buffer leak

Resource leak in the Linux kernel allows local users to exhaust AF_XDP transmit buffers through malformed multi-buffer packets. xsk_drop_skb() cancels reserved completion-queue entries after consuming transmit descriptors, so their UMEM frame addresses are never returned to user space. Triggering the flaw requires a local AF_XDP application to submit an oversized packet, an invalid descriptor, or close an incomplete packet; repeated triggers can interrupt that application's packet processing.
