AF_XDP transmission interruption via undrained descriptors

Resource exhaustion in the AF_XDP transmit path in Linux allows local users to deplete transmit-ring descriptors with fragmented packets. In xsk_build_skb(), oversized fragment chains or invalid descriptors make the generic transmit path stop without consuming all continuation descriptors or returning them to the completion ring. Reachability requires local control of an AF_XDP socket using multi-buffer transmission; the resulting descriptor loss interrupts packet transmission after reusable frames are exhausted.
