Disk denial of service via resume race

Race condition in Linux kernel libsas resume handling allows local users to disable SAS disks through a host suspend-and-resume cycle. On hisi_sas, sas_resume_ha_no_sync returns before PHY UP and discovery work completes, allowing controller autosuspend while disks are still waking. The published assessment requires local low-privileged access and affected HiSilicon SAS hardware; ensuing I/O fails and disks become disabled.
