PF packet-parsing corruption via VF allocation

Improper resource isolation in the Linux kernel allows local users to corrupt shared CGX packet-parsing state through VF allocation. The VF NIX LF allocation path resets the shared LMAC RX PKIND and default TX parse configuration instead of preserving the PF's special parsing setup. Exploitation requires an OcteonTX2 CGX LMAC shared by a PF and VF with HiGig2 or EDSA enabled, and the overwrite disrupts PF packet handling.
