Service interruption via leaked TX descriptor rings

Resource leak in the Linux kernel sxgbe driver from 3.15 allows local users to exhaust memory during failed RX ring allocation. The init_dma_desc_rings() error path frees only partially allocated RX rings and returns without releasing TX rings allocated earlier. Reaching the flaw requires sxgbe initialization while RX allocation fails; repeated failures can deplete kernel memory and interrupt service.
