Uninitialized-value use via empty HIDP report

Out-of-bounds read in Linux kernel HIDP allows physically proximate attackers to consume a byte beyond a declared L2CAP PDU. The hidp_process_data() function removes the DATA header and reads skb->data[0] without verifying that a numbered report retains a payload byte. A connected Bluetooth HIDP peer can supply an empty or undersized response, causing uninitialized-value use or incorrect completion of HIDIOCGFEATURE with a zero-byte result.
