System crash via pending URB use-after-free

Use-after-free in the ALSA 6fire driver in Linux allows local users to crash the system by causing a USB device probe error. The usb6fire_chip_probe error path frees the sound card without first marking shutdown, disconnecting the card, and aborting the pending URB. Local access sufficient to provoke the driver's USB probe failure is required, and the grounded consequence is a system crash.
